It is easy to use and has both wall adapter and car adapter (not battery powered). The heat mode is amazing and it offers an extra cover for comfort if it’s too much initially. Absolutely worth it. Very quiet, multiple settings like intensity and rotation direction.

I really like the neck massager. It feels really good. It has straps to put on like a harness so I can still use my hands which is nice. Sometimes I just hold the straps with my hand and move the massager to get the back of my head, all of my neck, and gets deep in my shoulders. It also has heat to help the muscles relax. I get a stiff neck, and I really do think this helps loosen it up. Either way it feels really good. Good quality and price
